New to Coaching?

Before you start your coaching journey, it's important to understand what a coach is and does. Coaching is a supportive, goal-focused partnership designed to help you explore what you want to achieve, create actionable strategies, and stay accountable. Unlike therapy, coaching focuses on the present and future, guiding you toward meaningful change and growth. Coaching is also not the same as consulting or mentoring, although there is often some overlap in the coaching world.

Coach vs. Consultant vs. Mentor:

  • Coach: Holds space while you find your own way.

  • Consultant: Tells you which way to go and how to get there based on their expertise.

  • Mentor: Shows you the path they took and how they got to the place you want to be.

​Specialized Programs (for women):

  • Pregnancy & Postpartum Coaching – Support through pregnancy, childbirth, and early motherhood. Reduce stress, gain confidence, and create a personalized plan that fits your life. Focus on physical, emotional, and mental well-being during this transformative stage.

  • Midlife & Reinvention Coaching – Guidance for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, or major midlife transitions. Discover purpose, health, and identity, and take steps toward a life that feels vibrant and meaningful.

Coaching Fees & Payment Options (USD)

Packages & Payments:

Payment options include Credit Card, PayPal, or Venmo. Payment is required prior to the first session of any package. Sessions can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

Important Policies:

  • All payments are non-refundable. What you pay for is what you receive.

  • Pricing, session formats, and included materials are subject to change. Current rates apply to sessions purchased at the time of payment.

Insurance / FSA / HSA Note:
Coaching services currently do not have standard billing codes for insurance reimbursement. Some clients may choose to submit their receipts to their insurance provider or use their FSA/HSA funds, but reimbursement is not guaranteed, and submission is the client’s responsibility. If this is something you are considering, please check the specific rules of your plan with you plan administrator prior to starting coaching, as you may have to obtain a Letter of Medical Necessity from your doctor and a detailed invoice for your coaching services.

Financial Hardship? I aim to make coaching accessible and flexible. If you’re interested but have financial considerations, please reach out and we can discuss options that might work for you.

Ready to Get Started?

Follow these simple steps to begin:

1. Review and Sign the Coaching Agreement

Take a moment to read through and sign the coaching agreement. It outlines session structure, payment terms, confidentiality, and other important policies.

​

2. Complete the Intake Form 

Fill out the client intake form and email it to me along with your signed coaching agreement. This gives me a clear picture of your goals, challenges, and areas of focus so we can make the most of our work together.

​

3. Schedule Your First Session 

Email me your signed agreement and completed intake form. Once I receive your email, I'll follow up with next step scheduling options. Your first session is where we will explore your goals and map out the most supportive path forward.
